Order Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders (U.S.)

Processing window: Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard processing: Please allow 3–5 business days to fulfill domestic orders, provided all items are in stock and payment/address details are verified.

Expedited shipping (2-Day Air & Next Day Air):

Typically ships within 24 hours when placed Monday–Friday.

Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) usually ship the same day, provided all items are in stock and payment/address details are verified.

Note: “Processing time” is the period before an order leaves our facility and does not include the carrier’s transit time.

Back Orders & Split Shipments

If your order contains a back-ordered or sold-out item, the in-stock items will ship first, and the remaining item(s) will ship as soon as they are back in stock. You’ll receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking numbers for each shipment.

We make every effort to deliver Products within the estimated timeframes shown during purchase, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Risk and Ownership Transfer
The risk of loss or damage to Products, as well as ownership, passes to you upon delivery.

Who Can Use the Site
Our Site is designed for personal use by individuals aged 13 or older residing in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.

Receipt: If no one is available to accept delivery and the Products cannot be left securely, they may be redirected to a designated pickup location or a notification will be left with instructions for collection.

Invalid Address: It is your responsibility to supply a correct and current shipping address. If delivery fails due to an invalid or outdated address, the Product may be returned to us. Returned Products in these cases will hold no monetary value and may be discarded. Such returns do not entitle you to any refund, credit, or compensation.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If delivery fails due to an invalid address and the Product is returned, it will have no cash value and may be disposed of.

  Due to the nature of our products (perfume samples and fragrances), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
• Incorrect Items:
  If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund after receiving the incorrect item.
